When your case has merit (passed the Means and Merit Test) and the dispute couldn’t be solved through mediation, you are entitled that JCUs advocates represent you in a court of law in order to enforce a particular right. This includes the act or process of bringing a lawsuit in and if itself; a judicial contest or any dispute. The court fees etc. will be covered by JCU so that no costs will arise for you.
