It is chaired by the Registrar-High Court and comprised of representatives of JLOS institutions and a representative from LASPNET. The committee provides oversight on implementation of JCUs activities and also provides leadership and policy guidance to JCU. The Committee is therefore tasked with ensuring that Justice Centres Uganda fulfills its mandate of providing legal aid to those that are in most need of it in Uganda.
