Community Baraza in Kisenyi Zone.
The Mengo Centre conducted a community baraza in Kisenyi Zone, Bwaise. A community baraza is a gathering that provides an open platform for community members to hold their duty bearers accountable, in a bid to improve access to justice. Barazas are essential because they give an opportunity to community members to closely interact with stakeholders in the administration of justice such as Police, Judicial officers, LC members, Prison officers among others.
