Collins Arach

Collins Arach is the Psychosocial Counsellor at Hoima Centre, supporting clients through the emotional weight that so often accompanies a legal problem. He offers one-on-one and family counselling and runs the centre’s referral pathways for survivors of violence in Buliisa, Hoima and Kiryandongo.

He holds a degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Makerere University. He came to JCU from community development work, where he coordinated village-level sensitisation on land rights and child protection.

He also supports the centre’s outreach circuits, taking legal aid services to sub-counties far from the district headquarters.
