Charles Komugisha

Charles Komugisha coordinates community outreach for Kasese Centre, taking legal awareness sessions, mobile clinics and radio programmes to communities across Kasese. He works closely with local council courts, cultural leaders and village paralegals.

He trained in law at Uganda Christian University and completed the bar course at the Law Development Centre. He came to JCU from community development work, where he coordinated village-level sensitisation on land rights and child protection.

He also supports the centre’s outreach circuits, taking legal aid services to sub-counties far from the district headquarters.
