Schools and Teachers
Outreaches at secondary and tertiary schools are an opportunity for students and teachers to get to know more about their legal rights, raise their issues and discuss them or get further support by JCU during or after the outreach. Usually, the teachers and community leaders are approached and a pre-session meeting held which takes place before the actual outreach is conducted in the respective school. The purpose of the meeting is to identify the specific legal issues that affect the students and the teachers.
