JCU only has limited resources to provide its services therefore the priority is given to poor, vulnerable, marginalized and indigent persons whose cases have merit.
To find out if you qualify to receive legal representation from JCU you will be asked to answer some questions (like; your age, income, etc.). Only after this test JCU will decide if and how to proceed best with your case.
Nonetheless, if you do qualify or not, we still will support you. We provide you with information on your legal rights and support you if you decide to represent yourself at the court of justice.
Please go to “self-representation” for further informationen.
