Nulu Mubiru

Nulu Mubiru leads the Tororo Centre team, overseeing casework, community outreach and the day-to-day running of the centre serving Tororo, Manafwa, Butaleja and Busia. She is responsible for case allocation, quality assurance and the centre’s relationships with courts, police and district authorities.

She holds a Bachelor of Development Studies and a certificate in paralegal practice. She joined JCU as a volunteer paralegal and rose through the programme on the strength of her casework and community trust.

She represents the centre on the district GBV and child-protection coordination committees.
