Winnie Oyella

Winnie Oyella leads the Hoima Centre team, overseeing casework, community outreach and the day-to-day running of the centre serving Buliisa, Hoima and Kiryandongo. She is responsible for case allocation, quality assurance and the centre’s relationships with courts, police and district authorities.

She holds a degree in Business Administration and has specialised training in records and office management. Before joining Justice Centres Uganda, She worked with a district legal aid clinic, handling land, family and succession matters for low-income clients.

Outside the office, She leads community radio talk-shows on everyday legal questions and mentors young people considering careers in the justice sector.
