Oscar Kembabazi

Oscar Kembabazi leads the Fort Portal Centre team, overseeing casework, community outreach and the day-to-day running of the centre serving Kabarole. He is responsible for case allocation, quality assurance and the centre’s relationships with courts, police and district authorities.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. Before joining Justice Centres Uganda, He worked with a district legal aid clinic, handling land, family and succession matters for low-income clients.

Outside the office, He leads community radio talk-shows on everyday legal questions and mentors young people considering careers in the justice sector.
