Zainah Lubega

Zainah Lubega is a Legal Officer at Yumbe Centre, providing legal advice, drafting pleadings and representing clients in court across Yumbe. A large share of her daily casework involves land disputes, family maintenance and succession matters.

She studied Community Psychology at Kyambogo University with further training in trauma-informed counselling. Before joining Justice Centres Uganda, She worked with a district legal aid clinic, handling land, family and succession matters for low-income clients.

Outside the office, She leads community radio talk-shows on everyday legal questions and mentors young people considering careers in the justice sector.
