Vivian Mwesigwa

Vivian Mwesigwa is the Senior Legal Officer at Kasese Centre, carrying the centre’s more complex litigation and supervising junior officers. She represents indigent clients in the courts serving Kasese and leads on strategic cases with wider community impact.

She holds a Bachelor of Development Studies and a certificate in paralegal practice. Before joining Justice Centres Uganda, She worked with a district legal aid clinic, handling land, family and succession matters for low-income clients.

Outside the office, She leads community radio talk-shows on everyday legal questions and mentors young people considering careers in the justice sector.
