Shakira Musoke

Shakira Musoke coordinates community outreach for Tororo Centre, taking legal awareness sessions, mobile clinics and radio programmes to communities across Tororo, Manafwa, Butaleja and Busia. She works closely with local council courts, cultural leaders and village paralegals.

She holds a degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Makerere University. She came to JCU from community development work, where she coordinated village-level sensitisation on land rights and child protection.

She also supports the centre’s outreach circuits, taking legal aid services to sub-counties far from the district headquarters.
