Naome Owor

Naome Owor coordinates community outreach for Mbale Centre, taking legal awareness sessions, mobile clinics and radio programmes to communities across Budaka, Mbale and Sironko. She works closely with local council courts, cultural leaders and village paralegals.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. She joined JCU as a volunteer paralegal and rose through the programme on the strength of her casework and community trust.

She represents the centre on the district GBV and child-protection coordination committees.
