Andrew Tusingwire

Andrew Tusingwire is a Legal Officer at Kasese Centre, providing legal advice, drafting pleadings and representing clients in court across Kasese. A large share of his daily casework involves land disputes, family maintenance and succession matters.

He holds a degree in Business Administration and has specialised training in records and office management. He previously served with a human rights organisation in the region, supporting survivors of gender-based violence through the justice system.

He is passionate about making the law understandable — his community sessions are known for turning complex procedure into plain language.
