Juliet Ochieng

Juliet Ochieng leads the Jinja Centre team, overseeing casework, community outreach and the day-to-day running of the centre serving Jinja. She is responsible for case allocation, quality assurance and the centre’s relationships with courts, police and district authorities.

She holds a degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Makerere University. Before joining Justice Centres Uganda, She worked with a district legal aid clinic, handling land, family and succession matters for low-income clients.

Outside the office, She leads community radio talk-shows on everyday legal questions and mentors young people considering careers in the justice sector.
