Moses Alupo

Moses Alupo is the Psychosocial Counsellor at Mbale Centre, supporting clients through the emotional weight that so often accompanies a legal problem. He offers one-on-one and family counselling and runs the centre’s referral pathways for survivors of violence in Budaka, Mbale and Sironko.

He holds a degree in Business Administration and has specialised training in records and office management. He came to JCU from community development work, where he coordinated village-level sensitisation on land rights and child protection.

He also supports the centre’s outreach circuits, taking legal aid services to sub-counties far from the district headquarters.
