Emmanuel Nabirye

Emmanuel Nabirye leads the Bundibugyo Centre team, overseeing casework, community outreach and the day-to-day running of the centre serving Bundibugyo. He is responsible for case allocation, quality assurance and the centre’s relationships with courts, police and district authorities.

He studied Community Psychology at Kyambogo University with further training in trauma-informed counselling. Before joining Justice Centres Uganda, He worked with a district legal aid clinic, handling land, family and succession matters for low-income clients.

Outside the office, He leads community radio talk-shows on everyday legal questions and mentors young people considering careers in the justice sector.
