Brenda Asiimwe

Brenda Asiimwe is the Psychosocial Counsellor at Kasese Centre, supporting clients through the emotional weight that so often accompanies a legal problem. She offers one-on-one and family counselling and runs the centre’s referral pathways for survivors of violence in Kasese.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. She began her career as a court process clerk, an experience that grounds her practical understanding of how cases move through the courts.

Colleagues describe She as the first person clients ask for by name on return visits — a measure of the trust her builds with the community.
