Mengo Centre facilitates DCC meeting at Mengo Court.
The DCC (District Chain-linked Committee) comprises of JLOS institutional representatives at district level, representatives of the legal profession, District Probation and Social Welfare officers, Civil Society Organizations and private sector organizations, Local Government representatives among others.
