Edwin Ainembabazi

Edwin Ainembabazi is the Senior Legal Officer at Mubende Centre, carrying the centre’s more complex litigation and supervising junior officers. He represents indigent clients in the courts serving Kyegegwa, Mubende and Mityana and leads on strategic cases with wider community impact.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Islamic University in Uganda and is an enrolled advocate of the High Court. Before joining Justice Centres Uganda, He worked with a district legal aid clinic, handling land, family and succession matters for low-income clients.

Outside the office, He leads community radio talk-shows on everyday legal questions and mentors young people considering careers in the justice sector.
