Sarah Ojok

Sarah Ojok is the Psychosocial Counsellor at Mukono Centre, supporting clients through the emotional weight that so often accompanies a legal problem. She offers one-on-one and family counselling and runs the centre’s referral pathways for survivors of violence in Buikwe, Kayunga and Mukono.

She studied Community Psychology at Kyambogo University with further training in trauma-informed counselling. She came to JCU from community development work, where she coordinated village-level sensitisation on land rights and child protection.

She also supports the centre’s outreach circuits, taking legal aid services to sub-counties far from the district headquarters.
